Mèhêv-bai Fêqê (/ˌqiʤoˈsɘvɪ/ /ˈbai/ [messy] [clothes; clothing; garment]) is a subtropical Town located in Greenwinter Dutchy, Èjila Provence, within the Dalandic Empire.

The name Mèhêv-bai Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Mèhêv-bai Fêqê was founded by Zlkdsmtco Fyeshë, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Mèhêv-bai Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 23°C (73°F). Overview

Mèhêv-bai Fêqê was founded durring the early 12th century in fall of the year 1123, by Zlkdsmtco Fyeshë. The establishment of Mèhêv-bai Fêqê suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Mèhêv-bai Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mèhêv-bai Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Mèhêv-bai Fêqê is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of premissive cobblestone streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. Mèhêv-bai Fêqê possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Mèhêv-bai Fêqê's grid is powered by a god's will and kindness.

Mèhêv-bai Fêqê possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. In spite of the Galvanic Grid, these lights continue to use their old fule sources to provide nighttime illumination to all city streets.

They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Mèhêv-bai Fêqê's natural decorations nor waterways.

Cultural Notes

The locals are in a state of despair and dull apathy. They've lost the things that used to give them pride and hope, with the best among them carrying on out of habitual duty and the worst giving ready hands to shameful deeds and ignoble acts. No one really believes the future can be better, and most seek only to satisfy immediate appetites.

Mèhêv-bai Fêqê's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.

Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is recurring in Mèhêv-bai Fêqê.

The Drake, Fire near Mèhêv-bai Fêqê are known to be more aggressive than normal.

Mèhêv-bai Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves reenactments to channel Chronomancy energies of tier 3 via recitation of scripture.

History

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century a great windstorm struck Mèhêv-bai Fêqê. Its winds were so great they picked up unsecured objects and flung them with enough force to smash brick and skull alike. Buildings collapsed under the gale, burying countless people alive. The storm's devistation was focused on the area arround Mèhêv-bai Fêqê, which lost 290 people, 214, and 95 livestock in the disaster.. History remembers the strom as The Storm of Hate.
